First Team Coach: Will be a training ground specialist that will lead all player training and development initiatives. This person will work with the Head Coach to define and deliver all the training development planning and individual training plans. This person will support the Head Coach on matchdays and be heavily involved in all player recruitment.

First Team Assistant Manager:Will be an expert people manager with exceptional management skills. This person will be the link between the football team and the club and will be the Head Coaches deputy. Key responsibilities will be to manage all the football administration, get heavily involved in all match planning and to provide ongoing support to the Head Coach wherever required.

For both roles we would expect the right people to have good administration and organisation skills as an essential as well as good IT literacy and familiarity with the popular social media channels.
