Following six consecutive defeats including one in the FA Cup, Neil Lyne's side travel to Lye, in desperate need of a win against a side who are yet to taste victory themselves this season.
Despite the historic season last year which saw Hinckley clinch a spot in the play-offs at Step Four for the first time in the clubs history, they have so far been unable to find the form they had last season and currently sit bottom of the table.
But with Lye also sitting on zero points, leaving the two sides the only remaining two in the division yet to pick up any points, Saturday is the perfect opportunity to get points on the board.
After a disappointing Bank Holiday weekend for Hinckley which saw them lose 4-0 away to Darlaston on the Saturday before a 3-1 home defeat to Long Eaton, Neil Lyne's side know how important the trip to Lye has become so early on in the season.
Lye are also looking to bounce back from a disappointing Bank Holiday which saw them get knocked out of the FA Trophy, losing 1-0 at home to Anstey Nomads before facing another defeat, losing 2-0 away to Worcester City in the league on Monday.
Despite both teams having yet tasted victory this season, Lye have played a game less than Hinckley due to their cup commitments.
Hinckley can go into Saturday's game knowing they didn't lose to Lye last season, defeating them 3-2 away and then drawing 2-2 with them at Leicester Road Stadium.
