Hinckley Leicester Road are looking to plan the next phase of the club’s evolution and are looking to add new visionaries and skills to our senior management team.

Whilst the current management team has established the club as Hinckley’s premier football club, it is important not to stand still and plan for the future especially as the non-league football pyramid gets even more competitive, the cost of operation is getting more expensive and putting bums on seats is becoming increasingly harder and harder.

To stay competitive and to continue to be versatile and adaptable, the club needs to hear new opinions and introduce new blood at all levels so that we do not fall behind.

The right people do not have to be die-hard football supporters, we are looking for people that can help us expand our football business to support us as we plan how to conquer the opposition and push on to the level.

We are looking for local business minded people, they may have run their own business or worked for a large corporate in a middle management or senior level role to volunteer some time for us. Age is no barrier, whether young or old, the main thing is that you can add some value. We are not looking for any specific skillsets and will consider everybody that we feel has something they can offer.
